We're sorry to see you go. If we can do anything to help you, please let us know. To cancel your account please submit a cancellation request via your client area.
You will receive an email back confirming you were cancelled at such time. If you don't get this email back within 24 hours, you should feel free to submit an update to your original cancel request ticket.
NOTE: We will try to refund you the same day we get the request. However, please allow up to 15 days for your to post the refund.
